We support organizations and research institutions in developing a deep understanding of people and their everyday life behind "the target group" – enabling the development of valuable and meaningful products, services and systems.
Equipped with a variety of methods and tools, we create an environment, in which participants on all sides can act openly and courageously.
In the process, valuable, sustainable and application-oriented insights and concepts for a diverse, dazzlingly solidary and sometimes controversial society emerge.

OUR APPROACH
Depending on what and who is involved, we plan individually adapted actions that are part of a holistic strategy. We also research in unexpected realms, observe on the ground, ask precise questions and experiment wildly. In doing so, we map the complex relationships between individuals, contexts, societies, the environment and the economy and always ask "why". As designers with attitude we mediate, accompany and translate on this path.

OUR Team
With KITE we put into practice what we believe in. Our team, based at Spreefeld Berlin, but at home all over the world, consists of designers, researchers, hackers, neurotics, naggers, visionaries and enablers who have already planned and implemented hundreds of participation & innovation formats. We put together customized offers for every situation. In addition to exciting collaborations with industry and research, we enjoy sharing and developing our knowledge in teaching.
