Anne Wohlauf

Anne combines design research with a deep interest in equitable healthcare systems, accessibility, and human-machine interaction. She works with precision, a strong sense of quality, an eye for connections – and the ability to dive deeply and focus on complex topics.

Anne is co-founder and managing director of KITE. She studied interface design in Potsdam and Malmö, with a focus on interaction design and participatory methods. She spent many years conducting research at the Design Research Lab of the Berlin University of the Arts and worked on international projects related to human-technology interaction, authentication, and healthcare.

At KITE, she is responsible for human resources. As a sparring partner, she also supports finance and infrastructure topics – always keeping an eye on the team atmosphere.
