Marie Beuthel

Marie thinks in workflows – clearly, systematically, and with a special sensitivity for UX, AI-supported imaging and process design. Her strength lies in methodological translation: whether prototyping, escape rooms, or mapping – she finds the right format for every topic.

Marie is co-founder and managing director of KITE. She studied IT Product Design in Denmark, specializing in interaction design, process design, and digital security. She worked on research projects in the fields of identity, healthcare, and public administration, and brings experience from the Design Research Lab at the Berlin University of the Arts and the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI).

At KITE, she ensures smooth infrastructure – from internal workflows to tool selection. As a sparring partner, she also supports Flo on PR matters and is always thinking about how the team can work well together.
